This is the best dentist I've ever been to and I'll tell you why. The facility is clean and well maintained, the staff are professional and friendly, and the care is patient focused. I've never felt pressured into unnecessary or overpriced treatments and I've always been able to get an appointment in a timely manner when I needed one. The staff is really efficient and respectful of my time, but I've also never felt rushed through an appointment. I wanted to especially shout out Dr. Justin Feehan who is hands down one of the best doctors I've ever had. He's extremely good at the work he does and goes above and beyond to ensure his patients are comfortable. Not only that, he explains exactly the rationale behind the care decisions he makes - he does this in a way that patients can understand without using too much jargon but also with the assumption that the patient is smart enough to follow the thread of what he's saying. I've had so many medical providers talk down to me or gloss over important details related to my care and why they were making certain decisions because they either assumed I wouldn't understand or didn't want to take the time to explain it to me. Dr. Justin talks to me with respect and gives me agency in my healthcare decisions by laying out all of my options and making sure I understand.

As usual my experience with Dr N was great. Dr. N told me he was not going to charge me anything that day. Please ask him if I should have paid 50.00? Thank you

There are a lot of very talented and articulate young dentists and hygienists that work here. They do excellent work and are very polite and attentive to patients. They take the time to explain the state of your teeth and options for care to you at just the right level of detail. It feels rare to have complete care and great staff in a clinic these days. Highly recommend to anyone!

My visit this morning with the staff at Blue Ridge dental was awesome. The pre-visit forms were easy to fill out. The email and text reminders were perfect. My consultation and exam were very thorough. My treatment plan and cost associated were very detailed and easy to understand. I didn’t think it was possible to say this, but I look forward to my next visit.

This was my first visit and I was really pleased with the friendliness, efficiency and professionalism of this practice. Marlena, the hygienist who took care of me was great. She explained what she was doing and why and was painless. Unlike almost every other dentist I have to, They did not keep me waiting for the dentist to do his exam. All in all, I was very pleased and highly recommend Blue Ridge Dental.

My first time here was great! Everyone is knowledgeable and kind. Omar is an excellent dentist and took the time to explain my dental health to me and what everything means. I’m glad we switched to this dentistry!

Kind, caring, compassionate and just straight up one of the best medical experiences overall I’ve ever had. Dr. Feehan (Justin) is just one of those professionals where you feel safe and know that you’re being taken care of by someone who cares. Cannot recommend highly enough. The entire staff just puts you at ease as soon as you walk through the door…and this is coming from a person who has a general disdain for almost everyone and everything. 😂
